  • Internal processing costs

Once the application is submitted, resources are allocated immediately—hence refunds are not possible.

3. No Cancellations After Payment

Once a payment has been made successfully, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same transaction, please contact us within 48 hours.

Our team will verify the payment records. If a genuine duplicate charge is found, a refund will be issued for the duplicate payment only.
